Position: eMarketing Manager

Position Description:
eMarketing Managers manage all Internet
marketing activities in the market and region for which they are
responsible. This includes managing the web presence to ensure that it is
competitive; growing site traffic and usage; creating and implementing
eMail communication strategies for customers, channel partners and other
key audiences; continual improvement in search engine performance (both
natural and paid search); negotiating and executing agreements with
technology vendors and online media partners; analysis and reporting of
key Internet activities; and communicating our Internet marketing
capabilities internally and externally for maximum awareness, adoption and
effectiveness.
Position Requirements:
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in business or liberal arts (psychology, sociology,
etc.). Typically has a minimum of five years experience in Internet
marketing, with at least one year of budgetary responsibility.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
Excellent knowledge of Internet marketing
including: email marketing, search engine marketing and online
advertising. Knowledge of website development processes and best
practices. Excellent planning, time management, communication,
negotiation, decision-making, presentation, organization, and
interpersonal skills.
Equipment and Applications
PCs, word processing, PowerPoint,
spreadsheets and database programs. Web analytics programs: Omniture,
Vignette Dialog, Percussion Rhythmyx (CMS).
Work Environment and Physical Demands
General office environment. No special
physical demands required.
